I started Noble and Stace Chocolatiers in 2015 after deciding that there must be a better work life balance and always (like most people!) having had a love for chocolate.
Based near Midhurst in the heart of the South Downs National Park, I create unique and award-winning chocolates, truffles and tablettes using local Sussex ingredients including sparkling wines, gin, coffee and even ales.
Eight years, with 2 Great Taste Awards and a handful of Sussex business awards under my belt, I still make everything by hand and in small batches, working with a handful of fellow artisans to bring chocolate with a difference to people all over the UK.
