Lucy Faulke
Lucy’s art consists of dreamy colour palettes, accentuated by soft, distinctive digital brushstrokes. She likes to stir emotions with her work by meticulously layering tones and textures, occasionally introducing digital 'glitches' to enhance the dreamlike experience.
A lot of Lucy’s influences stem from her time studying textile design at the Royal College of Art and she's always had a deep appreciation for both technology and traditional mediums which can now blend together in her own work. Even though Lucy is creating art on her iPad, that love for tradition is still a huge part of her work. It's like a new spin on an old classic.
Her creative hub is right by the beautiful Sussex town of Lewes, where she lives with her husband and two children. Sussex’s natural beauty and quirky style is always seeping into her work.
