A surprising showstopper. Interesting and complex, we couldn’t help but try it over and over. It’s a treat to behold a dram that changes so much from initial nose to finish. 11 years well spent in this wood.

Tasting Notes
Nose: A nose of burnt orange, pink grapefruit with a freshness of lemongrass and squeezed lemon. Sweeter, juicer fruits like cantaloupe melon, banana, red apples, grapes and berries become more apparent with the addition of water.
Taste: Strong citric flavours come through on the palate, grapefruit is prominent again along with singed lemon meringue pie. A fantastic combination of sour, bitter and sweet – again with more juicer fruits coming through with water.
